1. Don’t put pressure on yourself

When it comes to orgasms, the more that you hyper-focus on them, the more likely it is that they won't happen. Try reframing your view from “I have to do this” to “let's see how this goes”. Any and every type of sex is supposed to be fun and pleasurable. So when you're too focused on the end result, you're not actually enjoying the process. You can bring your mind back to the present moment by focusing on your breathing and seeing what pleasure your body is feeling in this moment right now. 

2. Practice with yourself first

Before trying this with partners, try it on your own first. That means discovering what feels good to you, what your body likes. This is where the learning curve is most important.
